You confirm that you are the owner of the gaming cafe or an authorized representative with the authority to enter into this agreement.

All information submitted must be accurate, complete, and truthful.

Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or listing.

Console Gaming reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove any listing at its sole discretion without assigning any reason.

The Partner agrees to maintain accurate and updated information including, but not limited to:

• Cafe name
• Address and contact details
• Pricing
• Available gaming systems
• Operating hours
• Amenities
• Images
• Other information displayed on the Platform

Console Gaming shall not be responsible for losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the Partner.

The purpose of the Platform is to facilitate online bookings and improve customer experience.

Partners agree to:

• Honour confirmed online bookings.
• Keep availability reasonably updated.
• Avoid intentionally bypassing or discouraging customers from using the Platform where online booking is available.
• Provide customers with the same level of service regardless of whether they booked online or walked in.

Partners agree to provide a safe, clean, and professional gaming environment.

Repeated genuine customer complaints regarding service quality, hygiene, behaviour, overcharging, safety, or other operational issues may result in suspension or removal from the Platform.

Partners shall not:

• Provide false or misleading information.
• Manipulate pricing, bookings, ratings, or reviews.
• Create fake bookings or fraudulent transactions.
• Misuse the Platform or its services.
• Violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Use the Platform in a manner that harms customers or Console Gaming.

Console Gaming may suspend or permanently remove a listing without prior notice if the Partner:

• Remains inactive for an extended period.
• Frequently rejects or fails to honour confirmed bookings.
• Receives repeated verified customer complaints.
• Provides misleading or inaccurate information.
• Engages in fraudulent or unethical practices.
• Attempts to circumvent or misuse the Platform.
• Breaches these Terms or any applicable policies.
• Acts in a manner that may negatively impact customers, other partners, or the reputation of Console Gaming.

Delisting does not create any obligation on Console Gaming to compensate the Partner.

Certain services may be free, while others may be paid.

Console Gaming reserves the right to introduce, modify, or discontinue platform features, subscription plans, commissions, convenience fees, promotional programs, or other commercial offerings. Continued use of such services after notification shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

The Console Gaming name, logo, trademarks, software, content, and branding remain the exclusive property of Console Gaming.

Partners may not copy, reproduce, modify, or misuse any intellectual property without prior written consent.

Partners authorize Console Gaming to display their cafe name, logo, photographs, pricing, amenities, promotional offers, and publicly available business information on the Platform and related marketing materials.

Console Gaming acts solely as a technology platform connecting customers with gaming cafes.

Console Gaming shall not be liable for disputes, damages, injuries, business losses, customer conduct, technical failures, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the operation of the Partner's business.

Console Gaming may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version shall be published on the Platform or website. Continued participation after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

By selecting “I Agree” and submitting the application, the Partner confirms that:

• They have read and understood these Terms.
• They agree to comply with all Platform policies.
• They are authorized to bind the cafe to this agreement.
• All information submitted is true and accurate to the best of their knowledge.
